Every Premium Umrah Gift Box is carefully inspected before dispatch. We ensure all items are in perfect condition and exactly as described before your order is shipped.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

🔄 Returns

If you wish to return your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Opened Attar (perfume), used Prayer Mats, and items not in original packaging cannot be returned.
