RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PAAK MART

At Paak Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is in its original, unused condition
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged
• You have proof of purchase (order number or COD receipt)
Non-returnable items:
• Items that have been used or opened
• Attar/perfume bottles that have been opened
• Personalized or customized items
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
- 2. Share your order number and photos of the item
- 3. Our team will review and confirm the return within 24 hours
- 4. Return the item to our address via courier (we'll provide details)
- 5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
REFUND PROCESS
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via:
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• Bank Transfer
Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the issue
• We will send a replacement FREE of charge
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
